Anti-Slavery and Anti-Trafficking Statement

Northgate Digital Ltd (Company No. 17268658), which operates Enter Private, is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in its business and on its platform. We do not tolerate slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, or human trafficking in any form.

This is a voluntary statement. We are below the turnover threshold that makes a statement mandatory under section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, but we publish our position because it matters to us and to the people who use our platform.

On our platform:

• Every creator, and every individual appearing in any content, must complete government photo identity and age verification before any content can be published. Our systems will not allow content to be approved otherwise.
• Content cannot be approved without documented, per-item consent from every person appearing in it. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, which removes the content.
• Anyone can report content to us, without an account and without logging in, and we investigate every report. Illegal content is removed immediately and reported to our payment processor and the relevant authorities.
• We retain verification and consent records and can produce them in response to a lawful request.

We keep these measures under review and will strengthen them as we grow.
