Cancel a subscription

What happens when you cancel

• You keep what you have paid for. Access runs to the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not cut it short and we do not refund the part you have used.
• You are not charged again. The next payment does not happen.
• You can change your mind. Restart it any time before the end date and nothing is lost.
• Anything you bought outright stays yours. Cancelling a subscription does not touch a single purchase.

If you can’t sign in

Payments are handled by Segpay. You can look up your subscription and stop it on their own support site using the email address or the card you paid with — you do not need an Enter Private account for that.

If neither works

Email support@enter-private.com and a real person will stop it for you. Please don’t ask your bank to block the payment before you have asked us — we would rather cancel it properly than have you fight your bank for it.
