Complaints and Content Removal

How we handle your report

• We investigate and resolve every complaint within seven business days, and often sooner.
• We will always tell you what action we took.
• If content is illegal, we remove it immediately and report it to our payment processor and to the relevant authorities.

If you appear in content and did not consent

• Tell us and we will investigate immediately.
• If we cannot establish from our records that you gave consent, the content is removed straight away.
• If we believe consent was validly given and you disagree, the dispute will be resolved by an independent third party, at our expense, not yours.
• You do not need a lawyer, an account, or any payment to use this process.
