Enter Private is operated by Northgate Digital LTD (Company No. 17268658), registered in England & Wales ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy at support@enter-private.com.
We share personal data only with the providers that help us run the service: our payment provider, our age and identity verification provider, and our hosting and infrastructure providers. They may only use it to provide their service to us.
Messages you send to a creator's assistant are visible to that creator. Our payment provider's compliance reviewers may also be given read-only access to message records where they need it to audit how the service is run.
We never sell your personal data. We may also disclose information where we are required to by law, or to report illegal content to the authorities and to our payment processor.
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards. Age, identity and consent records are kept for as long as the law and the card networks require, and then deleted.
We keep messages for 12 months, then delete them automatically. We keep them this long because payment disputes can be raised months after a payment, and the record is often the only way to show what was agreed. If you ask us to delete your account, your messages are deleted with it.
If a message is part of an open dispute or investigation, we keep that message until the matter is closed, and then delete it.
Your data may be processed outside the United Kingdom by our providers. Where it is, we take steps to make sure it is protected to a standard consistent with UK data protection law.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. To exercise any of these, email support@enter-private.com. Deleting your account removes your message history as well. You also have the right to complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in and to make the site work. We do not use advertising cookies.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
