18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

All persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct made available through Enter Private were over the age of 18 years at the time the depiction was created.

Before any content is made available for sale, every person appearing in it must be added, have their identity and age verified, and give their consent to that specific content being sold. Content cannot go live until this is complete for everyone in it.

The records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A for content made available through Enter Private are kept by the Custodian of Records:

All content is either produced by the individual creator who appears in it, or by creators who have confirmed they hold the rights and the consent of everyone shown. Enter Private is a platform that hosts and delivers this content on creators' behalf.
